Simple Sushi Recipes

  1. Volcano Roll
    • 4 cups cooked sushi rice
    • 2 cups spicy tuna
    • 1 cup crab salad
    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • 2-4 tbsps wasabi powder
    • 1-2 tbsps sriracha to taste
    • 1 avocado, pitted, peeled, and sliced into 12 pieces
    • 2 cups cucumber, julienned
    • 4 sheets nori (seaweed)
    • 1/4 cup masago or tobiko (flying fish roe)
    • black sesame seeds
  1. Dragon Roll
    • 2 cups sushi rice
    • 4 nori (seaweed)
    • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
    • 1 pinch salt
    • 2 slices eel (unagi)
    • 16 shrimp (baby or large)
    • 1 avocado
    • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
    • 4 tablespoons eggs (fish eggs)
    • 1 tablespoon wasabi (per bowl)
    • 1/4 cup soy sauce (per bowl)
    • 4 pieces pickled ginger

    • 4 nori (seaweed)
